I’m Tresa Seejo, an Ex-AVP with over 25 years of experience in the IT corporate industry, Leadership Coach, and Human Behavior Specialist.
Having navigated complex corporate environments and senior leadership roles, I help mid-career professionals break stagnation and accelerate into senior leadership by strengthening executive confidence, communication, strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and professional positioning.
My work blends real-world corporate leadership experience with psychology, NLP techniques, and DMIT/Brain Mapping, enabling leaders to think clearly, communicate decisively, and lead with impact.
